Hiram came out of Team PU’s public phenomenon and later FTF’s global rise. Edgar becomes the person beside him when the world expects a symbol and Hiram needs someone real.

Elara Vance is short, stunning, controlled, and terrifyingly capable, with emerald eyes and a mind built for leadership under pressure. Kael Barns is tall, lean, tanned, and physically dangerous in a way that never fully hides the rough edges of him.

Elara sees the room. Kael hits what must be hit. Together they prove that love can be both strategic and feral.

Alfie Byrne “Frosty” & Chuck Kissinger

Alfie Byrne insists on being called Frosty, weaponizing ice, cold, and complaint with equal precision. Chuck Kissinger is rougher, older-feeling, average in a way that becomes attractive through force of personality, and carrying damage that refuses to behave politely.

Their relationship is jagged, funny, physical, and hard-won. Alfie does not soften the world for Chuck. He stays with him in it.

Zahra Darvish is Iranian, beautiful, furious, short, elegant, and lethal in presence before she ever uses her voice. As the Siren, her power can shape, command, calm, and cut through panic, making her one of FTF’s most dangerous and necessary figures.

Sophie Murphy is a psychic powerhouse, survivor of the circlet and amplifier, and one of the most morally dangerous heroes alive. Beside Zahra, she is friend, witness, and reminder that power must stay human. Cosmo is the grey-and-white tabby cat with ice-blue eyes who somehow outranks everyone.

Mara Cunningham is a stern, mousey, book-carrying analyst with glasses, a pencil behind her ear, and a mind sharp enough to make powerful people feel underprepared. She is not romantically involved with Frank. Mara’s strength is precision: patterns, systems, routes, and the exact places where reality, infrastructure, and human decisions begin to fail.

Frank Shore, known as Flames, is older, dirty-looking, muscular but not polished, and generally embarrassing by appearance alone. His fire powers make him vital in rescue and combat, and he was part of Team PU with Hiram before FTF became the world’s mature protector force.

Vincenzo Fabius, Haruto Tachibana, and FBI Agent Ken Mercer

Haruto Tachibana is Japanese, tall, skinny, dangerous, and defined by the consequences of doctrine, violence, and the long road from enemy to contained liability.

FBI Agent Ken Mercer looks like he walked out of the 1980s in a brown suit, glasses, and slicked-back hair, but he becomes one of the most important human institutional bridges.

Dr. Paul Petrov, usually Doc P, is the balding, glasses-wearing scientist in knitted sweaters who turns impossible danger into testable procedure and usually has a sarcastic comment loading before the room finishes panicking. He is funny, brilliant, and often more emotionally important than he admits.

Dr. Lena Jacob is the lab-coat-wearing, pocket-protector kind of genius who looks like she never sees daylight because she usually does not. With dark brown eyes, sun-kissed skin, brown hair tied back, and a mind built for machinery, gates, engines, and impossible systems, she is one of DeepFall’s essential scientific anchors.

Ozon Wander & Molo Wander

Ozon Wander is the exhausted leader of the Wanderers, an older, bald, lavender-skinned father who carried the last of his people through the impossible after their universe was destroyed by an Orphionoid. Molo Wander is his son: taller, younger, lavender-skinned, shaggy blue-haired, brilliant, emotionally open, and still learning Earth through food, games, grief, and love.

The Wanderers are not aliens from space. They are refugees from another universe. Their arrival turns DeepFall into more than a town of heroes.
